Infrastructure Ontario retained the winning consortia of Carillion Canada Inc., EllisDon Corporation and Fengate Capital Management Limited to design, build, finance and maintain the new Oakville-Trafalgar Hospital. In concert with multiple partners working on other aspects of the design and construction of this new facility, WalterFedy provided site servicing, grading, and storm water management design for the 22 hectare hospital site.
Our scope also included inspection, contract administration, and coordination with the many partnering firms and disciplines involved in the project. We coordinated with applicable review agencies, including Conservation Halton, the Town of Oakville, Halton Region, and the Ministry of the Environment, throughout the construction period.
