Our compensation package includes competitive base pay and a merit system linking reward to performance. It also includes group benefits including matching contributions to our group RRSP. We offer employees tuition assistance, pay for licenses and association memberships and pay bonuses for successfully referring new employees. We offer a minimum of three weeks’ vacation per year and have other paid time-off options as well as flexible work arrangements.
Our multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, project managers, designers, constructors, estimators, and administrative personnel includes team members from diverse backgrounds. Our employees range from co-op students to business veterans. We are constantly looking to expand in our field and having a diverse base of employees is important to achieving that.
