WalterFedy provided supporting civil engineering design services as part of a design team led by Parkin Architects to assist North Wellington Health Care with improvements at the Louise Marshall Hospital ER and Ambulatory Care addition. All new construction occurred while all vital patient care services continued throughout the Hospital.
WalterFedy assisted the project team through preparation of site plan documents that included site servicing, supporting site plan permit documentation, and a construction cost estimate for securities and budgeting purposes. WalterFedy provided issued for construction drawings and supported the team through construction including attendance at a project kick-off meeting and regular meetings, coordination with the contractor during construction, issuance of site instructions, and preparation of as-constructed drawings for final certification and sign off the project.
