Imperial Oil Campus is the headquarters for Imperial Oil, one of the largest energy corporations in Canada. WalterFedy provided contracting leadership and overall design consultation for construction of this huge undertaking—the most significant suburban office project to be constructed in Calgary.
Awarded LEED® Gold certification, this complex consists of five interconnected buildings totaling 880,000 SF, located on a 19.4 acre site, features operational requirements such as office, fitness, parking, food service, and other employee amenities, as well as 750,000 SF of parking, Construction and execution required.
The team’s masterful ability to coordinate multiple partnerships—in this instance the activities of Remington Development Corporation, the tenant and their international consultant team.
