WalterFedy completed an extensive retrofit of Manulife Financial’s new facility at 600 Weber Street in Waterloo, Ontario. Originally factory space, this dated facility received an entirely new interior to accommodate our customer’s office space requirements. The 115,000 square foot space includes executive offices, presentation rooms, an open office work environment, public entrance, lobby, full service servery, kitchen, cafeteria, and upgrades to the staff entrance.
This project is one of many successful partnerships with Manulife Financial. Our relationship has spanned 20 years and has resulted in the completion of many beautiful spaces for this well-established and respected organization. In addition to the space at 600 Weber, WalterFedy is responsible for the office at 300 Weber St., Manulife Square in Downtown Kitchener, and Vitality 500, Manulife’s head office in uptown Waterloo.
