WalterFedy provided civil engineering services related to servicing and stormwater design for the new Net Zero Joyce Centre for Partnership & Innovation Building on the College’s Fennel Campus in Hamilton. The building is a four-storey, 90,000 SF research facility that focuses on technologically advanced learning and lab spaces. The building contains state-of-the-art labs, workshops, lecture theatres, industry training centres, and showcases.

This project was delivered through Canada’s “Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada Post Secondary Institutions Strategic Investment Fund” and represents the first pilot project registered under the Carbon Impact Initiative.
