As a member of our Enterprise Technology team, the IT Project Manager is an individual who thrives on understanding business needs and creating tech-driven solutions to support organizational growth. This role will be vital in connecting the business need to technological solutions working in tandem with the team to execute solutions.

What You Will Do 

  • Help us improve our systems and enhance our processes 
  • Direct and manage all phases of projects from inception to completion to ensure on-time delivery 
  • Liaise with external developers to create systems to improve operations efficiencies 
  • Analyze new and existing data and technology for usability, performance, and functionality 
  • Act as the point person for requests from our internal team 
  • Develop, create and deploy data-driven tools for internal customers, for example: financial dashboards, data flow diagrams, workflow diagrams, etc. 
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze data needs. 
  • Assist with the definition and continuous improvement of business analyst processes and interactions with other IT areas 
  • Assemble and coordinate project teams for each initiative 
  • Manage all project activities, issues, change requests, and risks 
  • Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of all project communications with the Communications team 

 

What You Bring to the Table  

  • Minimum 5 years of project management and/or business analysis experience, ideally in a Professional Services firm. 
  • Education or equivalent experience in technology fields such as Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or Management Sciences 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements 
  • Good knowledge of enterprise data/information, technology systems, and MS SQL databases 
  • Experience with enterprise-level deployments for VDI, CRM and other line of business applications 
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, most importantly SharePoint, PowerBI, and PowerAutomate. 
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
