Investing in the communities we serve.

We are excited to be involved in making Hamilton, Waterloo Region, Toronto, Calgary, and other communities where we live and work a great place to be. We regularly invest our time and dollars because we know the more we put into our community, the stronger it will be. It is important for us to support our community the same way they have supported us for nearly seven decades.

We support many organizations throughout the year through sponsorship and active participation. Employees are encouraged to donate their time and talents by sitting on charity boards, attending community events, and volunteering for causes that require community support during and after work hours. Every full-time staff member gets 15 hours to volunteer in the community through either a company-led or individual initiative. Once an employee reaches 20 hours of service or more, we donate $200 to their charity of choice.
